While we await this lovable monster family movie to hit theaters, we will indulge in some yummy homemade Pomergranate guacamole!!
Yes you read that correctly pomergranate guacamole! If you're a guacamole enthusiast & one who enjoys their traditional guacamole as is, you might be a bit hesitant in trying this but fear not this will be your new guac addiction.
Heres what you'll need to craft up this yummy guac:
Ingredients Needed:
1 pomegranate ( or if your store carries the cups with just the pomegranate seeds, that''ll do)
1 Bunch of Cilantro
2 Avocados
3 tomatillo ( you can choose to opt this out but trust this will add some extra flavor to the guac)
1 tsp of Sea Salt ( to season to your own desire)
First you will cut & pit your avocados into cubes or slices then proceed to cut the tomatillos into cubes as well, in a blender add avocado, tomatillo, cilantro and salt to be iced together.
Now it will be mixed not to the point where it is soupy, a nice thick puree is perfect.
Once you have your beautiful guacamole just add some delicious pomegranate seeds and ENJOY!!
Weather its tortilla chips, or chips or heck just a spoon to enjoy this deliciousness!
To be honest I almost didn't have pictures to show because I was just waiting for the chance to eat this awesomeness!
